My Story
Why Trust Me
Hey, I’m Sal Inserra.
With 25+ years of experience in music production as an audio engineer, musician, and worship leader, I’ve mixed for both live and online audiences. All of that hands-on experience has led me to this point in my career.
I understand how important your message is. That’s why I handle every step of the podcast post-production process with care—from audio cleanup to mastering for platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
I specialize in helping churches and podcasters create audio that sounds clear, consistent, and professional—even when listeners are using phones, TVs, or earbuds.
I understand the unique challenges of church media teams and solo podcasters: limited gear, limited time, and high expectations. That’s why my process is simple, repeatable, and built to make you shine.
What Sets Me Apart
• A deep understanding of church and podcast production
• A musical ear and technical expertise
• Clear communication and quick turnarounds
• I’ll even send you a free before-and-after sample of your podcast or song
Whether you need weekly podcast mixing and mastering, or just help getting your first episodes off the ground, I offer reliable service, clear communication, and results you can hear. My goal is to make your workflow easier and your show sound better—every single time.

Yes—to an extent. I use tools to reduce hiss, hum, echo, and room noise. While I can’t fix severely distorted or clipped audio, I’ll do everything I can to make it clear and listenable. You can even send a sample clip for a free before-and-after preview.
I will work with you on how to record better quality audio to reduce any headaches, streamline your workflow so you can work faster and have better outcomes.
Yes! If you already have music or voiceover clips for your intro/outro, I’ll be happy to include them in your final mix. If you don’t have anything yet, I can help source royalty-free music that fits your podcast’s vibe. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, and I’ll provide 2–3 sample options for you to choose from. I can also add transitions and light sound design to give your episodes a clean, polished sound.
It’s up to you. If you want to edit for content (cutting long pauses, filler, etc.), you can send the edited version. Or, I can offer basic content editing as part of your package. I will do my best to make sure the podcast flow smoothly and sound good, but ultimately you will know what is best for what you are wanting.
Just know that if additional editing will be considered a “Revision”.
Yes! Send me a 1-2 minute clip and I’ll return a quick before-and-after mix so you can hear the difference.
