Hi, I’m Sal Inserra. With nearly 30 years of experience in audio engineering, music production, and worship leadership, I understand the unique challenges church sound techs face—because I’ve lived them too. From balancing mixes to solving last-minute issues during live services, I’ve been there. My Music Production Journey

My journey started at age 12, behind the monitor console at my church. Nine separate mixes, all with floor wedges—it was baptism by fire, but I loved every second of it. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion that’s never gone out. Since then, I’ve served as a worship leader, audio engineer, and musician. These roles have shaped my belief that great sound isn’t just technical—it’s spiritual. When the mix is right, it helps people connect more deeply with the music, the message, and ultimately, the Creator.
